Recycling Li-ion array unit for electric bicycle

I use all DeWalt Li-ion nano-and Makita Li-ion (as in the BionX) to use for eBike. I have about 400 Konion cell to the 100 li-ion nanophosphate! .. alit to be able to use the Watt-hours later! ... I remove the bad cells and reuse the good ones. It is about 80% of good cells .... FREEEeeeeeeeeeee! www.austinev.org
